Timothy J. Sennett has 23 years of management experience in the Automotive, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Retail, and Information Technology industries. In 2007 he added to his credentials by becoming a Certified SOAR Consultant.

Prior to his work as a consultant for other companies, Tim's experience includes Heritage Network (a holding group managing diverse corporate interests) where Mr. Sennett lead their newspaper's move into electronic media and worked with Heritage Network's corporate executives in the development of their annual business plans. While at Heritage, he led the turnaround of their Hospitality holding, and managed the Office of the Chairman for their largest holding, ASC Incorporated. In this role, he developed a management reporting processes that provided the CEO with the information needed to successfully run the business.

After more than 5 years of setting up QS9000 PMO's and managing the global product development operations for Inalfa Roof Systems NA and later AP Parts International, Mr. Sennett then moved into the Information Technology industry and went to work for EDS, Incorporated. With their Project Management Consulting group at EDS, he quickly established himself as an expert in turning around large distressed programs. He participated in the development of the standard for internal EDS Project Manager certification, the "Global Project Management Excellence" program.

Mr. Sennett received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and his certificate in Corporate Financial Management from the University of Michigan School of Executive Management. Since passing the Project Management Professional Exam in 1994 he has been a leader in the Project Management Institute. He is a past chair and 6 year board member of PMI's Automotive Specific Interest Group (AutoSIG) and Past President and 6 year board member of the Great Lakes Chapter in Southeastern Michigan. He has 13 years of experience in the discipline of Automotive Product Development and was asked by PMI to lead the team responsible to develop the PMI Standard for Automotive Product Development.
