Mary Ogden is a principal partner in a business that believes strong nonprofit organizations that provide community-based services are critical to creating and maintaining a healthy and vibrant quality of life.

For more than 20 years, Mary combined a career with an active consulting role for nonprofit organizations, working through the Metro United Way volunteer consulting program in Louisville, Kentucky, and the Business Volunteers Unlimited consulting program in Cleveland, Ohio. She has worked with a variety of organizations in terms of size and focus, ranging from multi-agency housing coalitions to ad hoc rent subsidy programs, neighborhood community centers and scholarship programs.

She has a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Louisville. In addition to being a diversity trainer, she is a certified Myers Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) instructor. She is part of the program staff at the Center for Nonprofit Policy, Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University, where she supports the Leadership Institute for Organizational Change and teaches a workshop on outcome-based organizations.

Mary is a Certified SOAR Facilitator and has been integral in the development of the SOAR not-for-profit examination. She is also a trustee for North Coast Community Homes, serving as co-chair of the Resources Committee and a member of the Golf Event Committee. Additionally, she co-chairs the United Way Capacity Building Investment Committee.
