David Cesar (Director) has nearly two decades worth of experience in both the financial and operational sides of various businesses. Since joining The Parkland Group, David has been working with various manufacturing, distribution and repair firms, assisting them in improving their operational and financial operations.
Prior to joining Parkland, David was the Interim Chief Financial/Operations Officer of a multi-plant bronze component manufacturer, where he oversaw all financial, manufacturing, and sales functions. Prior to that, David was the General Manager of a multi-plant custom injection molding company serving the consumer market. His responsibilities included production, quality, purchasing, costing and, maintenance, as well as customer contact.
Earlier in his career David started and was majority owner of his own custom injection molding business. In his capacity as President, he handled everything from daily operations and strategy development to raising capital. He was also the Treasurer and Vice President of Operations for an original equipment manufacturer of vehicle lighting assemblies, injection molded components and medical equipment, selling to both foreign and domestic markets. As corporate treasurer, David worked with 5 subsidiary companies as well as one affiliate. David started his business career as a manager of a Certified Public Accounting firm.
David received his BBA from Cleveland State and is a Certified Public Accountant.
